Many of you are aware, that I’ve been writing a book on my journey of fluctuating health with IBD for years. Over the years of living through sickness and wellness I had the idea of writing down ideas that work for me in my healing process.
After a down turn I returned to my own book for advice. The information within reminded me of effective strategies that help me heal myself including ideas on mind power, actions, habits, and giving our body what it needs to function well.
From applying the information in this book in my own life and getting results on restoring health and happiness once more, I now know this book is ready to share.
