  • Oatmeal or Quinoa
  • Shredded coconut flakes
  • Seasonal fruit (ex bananas or strawberries)
  • Cranberries or raisins
  • Chia seeds
  • Sliced almonds
  • Coconut oil
  • Maple syrup to sweeten
