Here are 5 ways to awaken our highest potential

  1. Take At least 3 slow full long deep complete relaxing breaths a day
  2. 3 to 15 minutes of meditation, or sitting. Observe sensation within. Notice what you notice
  3. 3+ minutes of imagining yourself at your best and smiling life into this image with deep breathing
  4. Feel appreciation for what we have and acknowledge the gifts we are already receivng – take a moment and say “Thank you” and “I love you” more and more often.
  5. Use the muscles of your back and spine more – practice  backbends – yoga pose:  cobra, shalambhasana, and camel
  6. Strengthen the muscles of our gett. Toe squat more.
