What’s the best that can happen?

In every moment, situation, or circumstance, there is one question I love to ask, “What is the best that can happen?”

Every time we ask any question our mind seeks the answer. If our question is limited and specific our answer will be too. Any time we ask an open ended question our mind seeks out and explores infinite possibilities.

The more often we ask positive open ended questions like “What’s the best that can happen?” or “How can it get better than this?” the better our mind becomes at discovering possible positive answers and solutions.

We can train ourselves to ask these questions when any moment arises. We can cultivate the habit of exploring possible positive outcomes and projected futures more and more often. We can allow our selves to continuously explore and focus on more positive possibilities that we prefer. What we focus on grows.
