Recipe: Mushroom Soup

  • Seasonings – mineral salt, black pepper, garlic powder
  • Mushrooms – Use As many as you like and as much as you like. You can use all the mushroom you have. You can use any type.
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Sesame Oil

If there is one cup of mushrooms use two cups of water or broth

  1. Chop and Saute ingredients in a pan until soft
  2. then add to broth
  3. Let steep on low for 30 min to 2 hours
  4. Season with mineral salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  5. Enjoy!

Note: Store mushroom in paper bags. This allows the mushroom to dry out instead of mold. Dried out mushroom and great for soup
