- Seasonings – mineral salt, black pepper, garlic powder
- Mushrooms – Use As many as you like and as much as you like. You can use all the mushroom you have. You can use any type.
- Garlic
- Onions
- Sesame Oil
If there is one cup of mushrooms use two cups of water or broth
- Chop and Saute ingredients in a pan until soft
- then add to broth
- Let steep on low for 30 min to 2 hours
- Season with mineral salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- Enjoy!
Note: Store mushroom in paper bags. This allows the mushroom to dry out instead of mold. Dried out mushroom and great for soup
