In my experience being happy is the most powerful medicine there is. Smiling, laughing, having fun, being creative, learning, being excited, expressing creativity, playing. These feelings allow our bodies to release chemicals that feel good and heal our bodies. Many chronic incurable dis-eases can be soothed, improved, and eliminated with positivity. Any condition or situation can be improved with happiness
Take a moment and have more fun. Take more time to enjoy yourself. Take more time to make life more worth living.
